5 months ago, I suddenly suffered from terrible "frozen shoulder "on both sides. The pain and agony was concentrated more on my right side and also on both sides of my neck. I experienced sharp pain like pricking needles on my right shoulder my back ached especially when sleeping at night. It was very uncomfortable and inconvenient for me lifting and using my right hand doing simple household chores, like hanging clothes, cooking simple dishes like fried rice, and most of all eating, putting food into my mouth. I tried many ways to cure the pains. One of them was applying the Far Infrared Ray Heat treatment.
